Brandon Alford

Brandon Alford is passionate about fathering the fatherless, raising up strong children, and helping families create a culture of intentionality, identity, and joy.
Through prayer and listening, God revealed to Brandon that fatherlessness was a generational curse in his family line—one he was called to break. “It ran in my family… until it ran into me.” That conviction became a cornerstone of his mission: to restore what was lost, and to become the kind of man, mentor, and spiritual father who could rewrite the story for those coming after him.

Brandon also knows the pain of spiritual disillusionment—what it’s like to walk away from a religious culture that once felt like home, but ultimately distorted truth. That unraveling led him to wrestle not just with doctrine, but with God Himself—learning to let Scripture lead instead of tradition, and discovering the voice of the Spirit as a faithful guide.

Through years of journaling, prayer, and quiet listening, Brandon has come to recognize the living voice of God—and has received promises, words, and even prophetic glimpses that have proven faithful time and time again. He often leads others through similar spaces of encounter, helping them use imagination, questions, and reflection to hear Jesus speak directly to the heart.

Most recently, Brandon launched The Forge, a short-term summer program for young men that blends physical challenge, spiritual formation, and character development. Though temporary in structure, it reflects his long-term passion: to raise up a generation of men who are whole, rooted, joyful, and bold.
Whether walking with boys who need a father, or helping parents reimagine what a Christian home can look like, Brandon brings creative ideas, traditions, and rhythms that help families cultivate a culture of worship, truth, and delight.
He understands the questions that haunt so many:
How do I lead my children with strength and grace?
Is this really the voice of God—or just my thoughts?
Can I trust the Bible over what I was taught?
What does a Christian home really look like?
Am I still loved even when I question everything?

He’s lived those questions—and now walks in the peace of a faith forged through fire and freedom.

Through one-on-one mentorship, small group discipleship, and creative family guidance, Brandon comes alongside those ready to build something lasting. He believes no one is too wounded, too unsure, or too “late” to become who God created them to be. His mission is to see men rise, children thrive, and homes become places of strength, worship, and generational impact.
