Jesse is passionate about coaching visionary leaders who need help clarifying their calling and applying the necessary action steps to achieve their vision.
Rusty is passionate about coaching leaders who seek to develop their skills, understand their most effective style, employ best practice and most of all, lead from who they are in Christ.
Daniel and Julie Boyer are passionate about seeing marriages restored and families walk in their God-given identity and purpose. Having journeyed through addiction, PTSD, and a season of deep brokenness, they’ve experienced firsthand the radical, healing power of God to transform lives and homes.
Jesse and Matthew have partnered on various ministry initiatives for the past seven years. Their experiences range from international discipleship training and program development to launching a house of prayer and shepherding a church community.
Matthew has been in full-time ministry since the age of 23. He has served as an urban church planter and has been deeply involved in discipleship training and prayer initiatives. His greatest passion is helping people live in true freedom—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Brandon Alford is passionate about fathering the fatherless, raising up strong children, and helping families create a culture of intentionality, identity, and joy.

CTF provides opportunities like 10-week group intensives, one-on-one Kingdom Coaching, and 1–3 day conferences. Each setting is designed to encourage growth, prayer, and confidence in God-given purpose.
