What God did in me and my family through Carry the Fire changed our lives forever! I have never liked mornings. Getting up early felt miserable, and I would dread how I might feel the rest of the day if I did. But the first time I heard Jesse‘s testimony about getting up at 5 AM and relentlessly pursuing God to pour out his Spirit, it sparked something in me. For a couple of months, my heart stirred with a growing conviction that the most important thing for my life was to be filled with His Spirit and know His voice. I determined in my heart that I would not relent in pursuing him every morning until he encountered me as I saw in the Bible and heard from Jesse‘s testimony. Two weeks later, my life and my family‘s lives were forever changed by what the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart. Since then, I have joined several men in pursuing God‘s heart through Carry the Fire. I have grown with them and grown in confidence in my walk with God. My days have been filled with more purpose and focus as I operate from a place of connection with God. I have firsthand experience that the kingdom of heaven is not far away, and those reaching out to take hold of it are experiencing it, individually and even more in community."

"CTF discipleship intensive has deeply impacted my walk with God. I have learned how to pray the Lord's prayer! I did not know that people actually did that, or that it even applied to modern-day life. My discipleship with CTF has also taught me to soak in the word and get revelation from the living paper before me. Through this experience, I have also been equipped to lead my own prayer group. It has always been a dream of mine to get together with my friends and pursue Jesus together, but I was never equipped to do so. Now I have a group of 7 freshmen who get together every Friday morning to pray with each other! This experience has been life-changing."

During this discipleship experience, I was trained to discover heaven's purpose and destiny for my life. Thoughout my discipleship journey with CTF I received mind-blowing revelation paired with practical application. The wisdom I received was astounding—and helped break chains that have bound me for decades. For 30 years, I struggled with offense and living in it. But during the 10 days of Carry The Fire, I received a revelation that broke those chains, freeing me to welcome community into my life. I am no longer a prisoner of self-justification—I am learning to walk in freedom, filled with mercy and love. What a miracle! Throughout this journey I experienced one revelation after another of God's goodness and the truth of His love—truth that crashed into my life and broke more chains. The iron sharpening iron that took place within our group was powerful. Each person brought something valuable to the table, and the validation that came from that was life-changing. I walked away knowing I have something valuable to share—something I received from the Lord that also helped others in the group. This experience has been unlike anything I’ve ever had in my Christian walk—and I’ve been walking with Jesus for 40 years!"
